App Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your OXBOT account using either of the following methods.
Method 1: Delete Your Account in the App
Open the OXBOT FPV App and go to:
Me → Settings → Delete Account
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account deletion process.
Method 2: Request Account Deletion by Email
Please send an email to:
Email Subject:
Account Deletion Request
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your registered email address or account ID
- A brief statement requesting account deletion
- An email address where you can receive confirmation
Processing Time
After verifying account ownership, we will process your account deletion request within seven business days and delete your account and related data.
Deletion of Personal Data
After your account is deleted, the personal data associated with the account will also be deleted, except for information that must be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations.
